Hubbard Genesis Corporation grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Alpha-Omega CMS for personal, commercial, or organizational purposes in accordance with your selected license tier.

3. User Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of all user credentials.
• Ensure compliance with local data privacy regulations.
• Refrain from modifying core files beyond permitted development zones.
• Promptly report security vulnerabilities to info@alpha-omega.app.

4. Intellectual Property

All code, graphics, and documentation provided under the Alpha-Omega CMS are the property of Hubbard Genesis Corporation. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Alpha-Omega CMS and its associated entities are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Hubbard Genesis Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the CMS.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the CMS in cases of misuse, non-compliance, or violation of applicable laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Dakota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
